Nothing says spring like cute little chicks! Here are some new hoop sets in the shop. The "Welcome Spring" hoop is hand-embroidered in tangerine orange, bright pink, green, and sky blue on pastel pink cotton fabric. I've added some hand-embroidery to the hen to make it pop a bit more (see the close-up photos).

The "Happy Easter" hoop set features a yellow chick in an egg cup and an Easter egg print, in a mix of spring brights and pastels.

Treasury Time: Love and Happiness
Cake topper in red hearts, solids, and stripes with golden yellow solids and dots
Pink and red are definitely colors that would remind you of Valentine's Day. Red and yellow, maybe not. But red is the color of love, and yellow means happy...and the two kind of go hand in hand, don't they? So here you have it, a red and yellow Valentine's Day collection :)

Featured!: SouthBound Bride
Pantone's Color of the Year for 2014 is "Radiant Orchid", a color that's a little in between fuchsia, purple, and pink. I was excited for this because it has actually been one of my favorite colors to work with and has already featured in quite a few of my items. I absolutely love the beautiful images that Gaby from SouthBound Bride has put together here, to showcase the versatility of this gorgeous shade. The photos below show how well it goes with blue, and she's also paired it with soft greens, champagne, and black with gold (see her post for more). Thank you so much Gaby for including my bunting!
